Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders $79+. Orders less than $79 will be charged a flat fee of $14.95 that is added at checkout. After processing, you can expect your order to arrive in five to seven business days. Returns

***Note: If you are still within your 30-day return period, please do not ship your Cubii merchandise back on your own.  Cubii is not responsible for the reimbursement of shipping costs incurred.  

For all products purchased on Cubii.com.au and Amazon.com.au, we offer a 30-day return period.

If you wish to submit a return request, please email us at customerservice@tribesetters.com.au or call 1300 799 418. When beginning your return, please include the following information:

• The serial number for your Cubii:

  • Is located underneath your unit or on one of the narrow sides of the original box it was shipped in.

  • Will have this format: F3(A or B)x-xxx(x)-xxxx(x). All x’s will be numbers.

• Order number

• Shipping address (where the return shipment will be coming from)

• Reason for return
